All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared before or upon arrival, as communicated during the booking process.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be informed in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation timeline and deductions for bookings already made (hotels, transport, etc.).

3. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and required travel documents. Tehseen Gallery Travel is not responsible for any issues due to missing or invalid documents.

3. Changes in Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or any unforeseen circumstances for the safety and comfort of travelers.

5. Liability

Tehseen Gallery Travel acts only as a facilitator for transport, hotels, and other services. We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, or any loss/damage during the trip.

6. Hotel & Transport

Hotel check-in/check-out policies and vehicle usage are subject to respective providers. Any extra services or extended usage will be chargeable.

7. Pricing

Prices may vary depending on season, availability, and government regulations. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Customer Responsibility

Travellers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local culture, laws, and fellow travelers. Any damage caused will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or political disturbances.

10. Acceptance of Terms
